AMANDA CROMER

Amanda Cromer promotes a new way of seeing the world through the lens of her synaesthesia and twice-exceptionality (2e).

An experiential creative director, storyteller and conceptual visionary, she created Dark Luxury to ensure that human complexity and paradox – that is, anything that is not typical – can be portrayed with a high-end aesthetic and receive real-world results.

A university trained curator, art theorist, anthropologist and editor, Amanda has 20+ years’ award-winning experience working with and for luxury brands – both organisational (museums, publications, hotels, galleries, fashion, beauty) and individuals (A-listers, artists, CEOs, politicians, UHNWI and founders) – to transform perceptions through cutting-edge visions, concepts and campaigns.

Amanda has been a producer for the Women of Influence Awards, and was a high-profile columnist for Australia’s most widely-read newspaper masthead – her influential column on A-listers, luxury, brand and business had a weekly readership of more than 1 million.

Today, Amanda uses her insight and innovation to reshape the way individuals see themselves, and the way the world sees them. She has founded a completely unique process, utilising paradox, to create authentic, prestige branding and identity.

Ultimately, Amanda seeks to revolutionise the way symbolic self-identity is defined and used, and the way that paradox is understood, experienced and described.
